  Favorite coffee shop in town! Amazing coffee and super nice baristas who know actually know stuff about coffee! :)
  
  It's also quiet enough that I can actually get some work done (unlike most coffee shops downtown Naperville)... wish there was a larger parking lot and there was a location downtown Naperville so that I could walk here! :)

  I enjoy this Peet's! The first thing I noticed in this location is the ample amount of seating. It is so great to know of coffee shops with a bunch of seating because the small ones can fill up so quick!
  
  I got an iced cold brew with a pump of vanilla for my afternoon pick-me-up. The coffee tasted like a medium roast and it was just what I needed.
  They also have a nice little patio outside with outdoor seating and umbrellas.
  
  The customer service was a bit lacking. There was no friendly interaction or eye contact with customers. It was a bit disappointing because a smile goes a long way!
  
  I came in here to finish some work for the day and a great thing was their wifi connected very easily and was really fast. I also enjoyed their playlist throughout my time here. It was a good mix of up-beat and acoustic tunes.

  The parking can get tight here, but inside it's cozy and comfortable.
  
  We got a cold brew fog and a havana cappuccino. We also got an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. The drinks were both very good, each with a nice, thick layer of foam. However, the cold brew had a lot of ice cubes, making me wonder if I got my money's worth. My wife enjoyed her cappuccino.
  
  As for the cookie, it didn't have that chocolatey decadence I was looking for, but I think that's because of the oatmeal. Oh well. Overall we enjoyed our experience here.

  I love Peet's Coffee but I have to give today's experience a 1 Star. I sat at the drive they for 5 minutes after some lady said can you wait a minute. I waited, no one was in front of me. 5 minutes later she asked what I wanted. I ordered, she told me she would tell me the price at the drive thru window. I waited another 10 minutes for my drink. When she finally gave it to me I jokingly asked if they were busy since it took 15 minutes to get my coffee. She answered with a "yeah" and a smirk. There was only 1 customer inside and 3 employees a I would avoid the Ogden location in the afternoon if you are at all in a hurry.

  Typically I enjoy my time here. They have a nice interior design and layout. They're drink selection is also very good, but that is standard across the board for Peet's. Today, however, when the pace picked up, between the counter and the drive thru, you could see they are not designed to handle a rush of any sort. They were putting drinks on the counter without any idea of what drink belong to who. People were grabbing at drinks, not knowing what drink was what.  Another gentleman and myself had to work out with each whose drink was whose.
  
  I had to remind the people at the counter twice to make my wife's sandwich (over a 15 minute period) and three times to make my quiche (over a 20 minute period).  The staff apologized stating that our items had been given away at the drive thru and never got remade, but it really shines a spotlight on the flaw in their system of casually placing items in spots where people can randomly grab them without verification of who gets what.
  
  This is still one of my favorite hangout spots, for the typically chill environment it is, but they need to devise a better delivery system for the high volume times.
